In a beautiful land of rolling green hills and tall, green trees lived a happy zebra named Zola. Zola had lovely black and white stripes, and her ears wiggled when she was excited. She loved the sunshine and the fluffy white clouds that drifted across the blue sky.

Every morning, Zola would wake up and munch on the fresh, green grass. The grass in her field was always so tasty! Sometimes, she would spot a big, smooth grey rock nearby and imagine it was a sleeping giant.

Zola loved to explore. She would gallop through the fields, feeling the wind in her mane. She wasn’t afraid of anything! Sometimes, she would peek behind the big, bushy green plants, wondering if a new friend was hiding there.

One sunny afternoon, Zola saw a little bird with bright blue feathers sitting on a branch of the big, leafy tree. “Hello!” chirped the bird.

”Hello!” replied Zola, her eyes twinkling. “What a beautiful day!”

The bird, whose name was Pip, agreed. They chatted for a long time, sharing stories about the field and the forest. Zola told Pip about the juiciest grass, and Pip told Zola about the tallest branches.

As the sun began to set, painting the sky with orange and pink, Zola felt very happy. She had a wonderful home, delicious grass to eat, and new friends to meet. Zola the friendly zebra knew that every day was an adventure in her beautiful, green world.
